Returns Exceptions - Special Ordered or Custom Made items: Since these items where manufactured for you order only, they are not returnable.
- Shipping charges. you are responsible for all freight charges on the original shipment as well as the exchange shipment, (unless it is our fault - see below). To return an item by Freight, call Customer Service at 1-800-486-4455. They will also be able to inform you of any return shipping costs.
- If you were sent a damaged or defective product, we will also issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges.
